Further, the chaos that feeds Linux is constructive chaos; the chaos that
would ensue if 80 people had "final say" over various parts of Linux would
be quite destructive, I think. Especially when cross-guru projects need
doing, and none of the gurus will finally commit the changes because not
all the other gurus have yet...
