devfs patch v65 available

Hi, all. Version 65 of my devfs patch is now available from:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/linux/kernel-patches.html
The devfs FAQ is also available here.

This is against 2.1.124-pre2. Highlights of this release:

- More Unix98 pty support fixes

- Added test for empty <<name>> in <devfs_find_handle>

- Renamed <generate_path> to <devfs_generate_path> and published

- Created /dev/root symlink
