Not being bundleable with GPL software doesn't make something non-free.
E.g., MPL software doesn't mix with GPL software, yet MPL is considered
free under the Debian/Open Source guidelines.
What makes Qt non-free under most definitions of "free" used for free
software (e.g., the Debian/Open Source guidelines) are the restrictions
on commercial use.
