Is out on ftp.linux.org.uk:/pub/linux/alan/...

It doesnt fix the non SMP builds, or the console problems but it does include
the following

Differences between 2.1.124 and 2.1.124ac1

o Current sound code including OPL3SA2 test code
o Removed the /tmp bugs without removing the intended feature
o Faster time handling, microsecond precision time is now also available
on Cyrix, Winchip and K5/K6 CPU's and with APM enabled.
o DMA spinlocks
o Over 16 SCSI disks are supported
o SYS5 shared memory tables are vmalloc()'d. You can now have huge
shared memory objects.
o Nathan Laredo's bttv updates
o Write to constants fixed in network drivers
o Misleading comment fixed in cops driver
o Z85230 driver supports transmit DMA modes. RX DMA is still a work in
progress.
o STRIP driver update
o SyncPPP bugfixes
o Uses the split AVL tree/linear vm_area handling. This means things
like electric fence are usable, and also improves 386 performance.
o i2c bus is now quiet by default (use verbose=1 to debug)
o saa5249 doesnt print debugging info
o sf16fmi comment fix
o MKISS configure help is better
o Random spelling cures
o NFS fifo handling
