devfs patch v67 available

Hi, all. Version 67 of my devfs patch is now available from:
http://www.atnf.csiro.au/~rgooch/linux/kernel-patches.html
The devfs FAQ is also available here.

This is against 2.1.124. Highlights of this release:

- Added inline declaration for dummy <devfs_generate_path>

- Removed spurious "unable to register... in devfs" messages when
CONFIG_DEVFS_FS=n

- Fixed misc. devices when CONFIG_DEVFS_FS=n

- Limit auto-device numbering to majors 144 to 239
