fbcon: Boot Logo flickers

Hi,

With 2.1.124 and fbcon compiled in (Cyrix 6x86L-PR200, Diamond Viper V330 4MB
--> vgacon 800x600x256) the boot logo flickers when displayed -- it seems as
though the "last line" of the logo (characterwise, not pixelwise) is drawn
over the first line of text, then the whole thing is scrolld upwards. Is this
true? If true, why has this beend done? In kernels <= 2.1.119 everything was
smooth, I see no reason why we should have this flickering remain. If this
helps, I have the scroll buffer turned on, to see the vanished lines with
Shift+PgUp -- is this a problem?

Nils
