Yep.. This is actually normal. the 3.5 dist of Slackware uses
sysklogd1.3-13 (at least, according to the ANNOUNCE file in the /usr/docs
directory), and it does the same thing, roughly 20 minutes apart.. This isn't
anything to worry about. You're fine.
