I have troubles booting my Linux systems (Slakeware and Debian) from a
large ide disk (more than 2Gb).
In the Debian config I formatted my disk into 3 partitions:
1. Linux partition (boot)
2. Linux swap
3. dos partition (created via dos fdisk before to install linux)
When i boot the system, it freezes after the first Linux message.
Has anyone an idea how to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance.
