noticed that you are running an exabyte 8500 on an UW bus.... we had some
weird problems trying to run an 8505 off a 2940UW card in a netware
server. Exabyte finally told us that the 8505 can't keep up, and to get a
stupider card to hook the thing to. a straight 2940 did the job.....
(some of the posted stuff looks like it might be a problem other than
this... but this might eventually help someone, too. and so it goes to
the list archives..... *grin* )
