Hi, i have tried installing 2.1.126, and then tried using ppp, and it did
not work, it dials my ISP, then doesnt resolv my ip's for some reason, it
just sits there and then hangs up, what is weird is, im using the exact
same configureation for 2.0.35, and it works just fine, i changed it to
use /dev/ttyS1 instead of cua, and ive also tried installing 1.2.125,
still to no avail, i tried using the 2.3.3 headers that come with the
kernel, didn't work, i tried using 2.3.5, still doesnt work, i compiled
pppd against the 1.2.126 headers, and against the 1.2.125 headers, and it
does not work,i tried installing ppp as a module, and right in the kernel,
and it didn't work. i haven't a clue as to what is causing this, is there
something im forgetting to do? please feel free to tell me :)
