[TCP BUG] general protection: 0000 in 2.0.36-pre-patch-16

Hi Alan

Your fear of TCP bugs in pre16 was not unfounded, it seems. This is what
I got on a RedHat 5.1 system with all updates installed. Running latest
socks5.
