On my AS 200, similar problem.
2.1.126 compiles fine, boots fine.
2.1.127pre3 compiles fine, boots fine.
2.1.127pre7 does not compile without patching, oops on boot
2.1.127 compiles fine, oops on boot

If desired, I'll post .config
Since this oops occurs so early in the boot process, there is no
record in system logs.
