I am running 2.1.127on an ASUS Dual P2 board, w/ P2-300mHz processors, 2 =
3x905 cards and am experiencing two different problems...

1. after about 20 minutes of high activity, the server times out on =
connections, though the apache daemon is not maxed out. This problem is =
non-existant on 2.0.3x. =20

2. the second ethernet device: eth1 seems to start and stop working =
intermittantly. I have found this to be true with different kernels as =
well. 2.0.3x or 2.1.x

Please let me know if anyone else is having such problems and what steps =
are ness. for resolution, or if there is more information I can =
provide.
