2.1.126 file table overflows

running 2.1.126 for a few hours now.
I'm starting to get File table overflows and unable to load interpreter.
Load is not high at all, <= .20

File contents
/proc/sys/fs/file-max:
4096
/proc/sys/fs/file-nr:
4096 8 4096
/proc/sys/fs/inode-max:
8192
/proc/sys/fs/inode-nr:
8205 24
/proc/sys/fs/super-max:
256
/proc/sys/fs/super-nr:
26

Any help is appreciated,
