The other problem with a 1-1 mapping is that you can't map the whole PCI
memory space at once into a 32-bit processor virtual space. Although I
imagine nobody is too fussed at the moment it might become an issue at some
point - the case that springs to mind is Linux on an add-in board in a PC.
