Hello all,

as some of you noticed, there're some odd things happening with the
scheduler. An additional thing I observe is that 'vmstat -n 5' shows
unusual high numbers of context switches (per second?).

My currect record is 622 when the slowdown happens. Maybe it's useful
to compare the output of vmstat.
My system is P133 UP with SMP disabled in the Makefile.

I have a small question: Is it right that the number of context
switches displayed by vmstat should be less or equal to the number of
interrupts?
