OFFTOPIC??: AverMedia TVPhone98 support?

I look at the docs, but I found "...." under AverMedia, after
looking at the sources it seems to me that AverMedia cards are supported
by the video4linux, but I'm thinking of buying one and I'd like to be sure.
If the card is supported, at what degree is it? does it support
TV tuner and FM tuner (in addition to FrameGrabber support) ?
If the card isn't supported (yet?) what card me with similar
features (that is TV+FM) would you recommend me?
