2.1.x "watch out for this" logs?

Hi!

I just thought that it might be an idea to have
a place somewhere with notes about what people
should try avoid/watch_for/reported_problems
with a certain release of the development
kernels. The Documentation directory is great,
but at the time these kernels are put out
to the public, problems with it are not
known, so you always have to look thru the
mails on linux-kernel of the last X days/weeks
to find out what may cause problems with
a certain release.

Just a little file somewhere for i.e. 2.1.128:

* Chipset X has been reported to cause
warnings Y and Z.

would really help starting with a 2.1.x kernel.

Sorry if this already exists and I missed it.

ciao,
johnny
