This suggests to me that the stated kernel tarballs are missing...so
if you can cross off the ones that never existed, it'd be appreciated.

Roughly speaking, nothing is missing since 0.10,
except possibly for testreleases, prereleases, intermediate releases
like 0.99pl12d, and the like.

Go to ftp.funet.fi to find a good collection.
Then look at ftp.win.tue.nl to find an almost identical collection,
with very few things added. (But with the patches only, not the
full kernels, except for the early ones.)
