Hmm seems interesting enough. I think that an RFC on OCRing standardization needs
to be written. Enumerating which characters are guaranteed to be picked up right,
in the 'OCR' font. Once an OCR standard, that works, is present, we can create
efficient paper protocols.

Does the government whine about barcodes??? They're printed.
