Unknown interrupt problem

Hello,

I have some problem with my system. With all Kernels > 2.1.117 my
system only runs 0.30 to 11 hours. Then I get this nifty message:

Nov 29 03:52:09 hadley kernel: Unknown interrupt

After this, the machine only works like "shoot in the knee". You can
start a few things and then exitus. Only a reboot cures the problem.

Here my Hardware-Configuration.

Dual P200-MMX System (GA 586DX Mainbord Bios 3.43 (newest I know))
-128 Megs RAM
-Onboard Adaptec 7880 SCSI Controller
-IDE disabled in BIOS, and not in the Kernel

Cards installed:
- Lantronix LFT Ethernetcard DC21140
- Haupauge WinTV bttv
- ATI Xpert@Work 8MB
- Diamond Monster 3D (in the non-busmaster Slot)

- NE2000 (ISA)
- second ParPort (ISA)
- Gravis Ultrasound (ISA)

-PS/2 Mouse and PS/2 Keyboard

The NE2000 Card is not installed by the kernel.
The Gravis Ultrasound is used with ALSA Driver pre10p1 (newest I know)

I tested with all 1.2.12x kernels and with 1.2.130. But all have the
same effect. With 1.2.117 I come to uptimes around 3 days. Then the
system freezed. But without an "unknown interrupt" error code.

I tested without alsa-driver and without bttv modules. But after max
12 hours system finished duty ;(( The system runs under normal load.
Mostly xlockmore is running .-)

Anybody an idea, what it might be ??

Thanks in advance for your help.....

Bye Ernst

Tschuess
Ernst
