2.0.36 PnP freeze (BT930, NE2K)

I thought I had mailed this but apparently ...

I have a NE2K card (PCI) and a BT930 PCI. both happened to want to have
IRQ9. the BT930 still works; if I poing somebody on the ethernet... system
dead.

FWIW under DOS with the installation tools -- the same. I assume it's
something with the PnP stuff.

Anyone an idea how to force the stuff to different IRQ's ? I swapped already
the cards in the slots a bit but haven't done all combinations yet.
