Absolutely Horride UDMA performace... resolved more or less

Just thought I'd let those interesting know that upgrading to the 2.1.131
kernel from 2.0.35 fixed my UDMA performance problems. I now get 12.5meg/sec
in both dd and hdparm. I still don't know why it didn't work in 2.0.35 but
it works now :)

I would have upgraded soon except I haven't gotten modules to work in the
2.1.128-2.1.131 kernels so my eth0 and eth1 got swapped. I had to change my
network/firewall scripts to match.
