OFFTOPIC: Linux name

Greetings,
I remember a while back there was a frivilous lawsuit about the Linux name
and something to do with a trademark.

I am trying to write a fairly professional paper for college and I was
just wondering if the name is just "Linux" or if it was something else, like
say, "Linux(tm)".

Just curious so that I can write the name correctly. And sorry bout
wasting bandwidth, so please e-mail me directly and not to the list.
