DMA memory shortage

I've seen this mentioned in the kernel archives recently before, but I'm just
reporting that 2.1.132ac2 has this same DMA memory shortage problem.
I encountered it when mounting my floppy drive.
Here is the dmesg output:

The machine is a Pentium 166MMX with 32MB EDO RAM
