But, for somethign like this (ie /dev/ones or /dev/repeat, etc), it is
just as easy to add it to the shell (whether the `shell' is bash, ash,
csh, awk, perl, emacs -- whatever) as to the kernel. In fact, it is
easier, since you do not need to reboot to test, eh?
