It's egcs build with --target=alpha-linux, hosted on an i586. It's
entirely possible (and in fact very probable) that I built it wrong,
because libiberty wouldn't configure because xgcc couldn't find a crt1.o.
I figured that I didn't need a crt1.o for building a kernel, so I'm using
xgcc.
