Use recent util-linux, such as
ftp://ftp.win.tue.nl/pub/linux/util/util-linux-2.9g.tar.gz
It still has limitations (2GB of swap even on 64bit archs, on the other side
it is broken as it allows 2GB swap even on archs where it is not possible
(sparc32, mips)). But eventhough, it is much better than 128MB limit.
