PATCH: Realtek 8139 option duplicated

Hi,

I found this in 2.2.0pre1ac2, I'm checking if it also is in 2.2.0pre1:
the CONFIG_RTL8139 option appears two times, and I think the right one
is in the "EISA, VLB, PCI and on board controllers", ok?
