RE: Ifconfig TX errors

This topic is rising once again, I suppose that many people are moving
from 2.0.3x without doing the necessary ground work of checking
/usr/src/linux/Documentation/Changes which gives a list of required
programs, even after getting a knock on the head from their problem.
Net-tools-1.49 is recommended, this has the lastest version of ifconfig.
