Ok, here is another 2 liner patch, that fixes the trouble
Apply it on clean kernel tree (it against -pre6, but iy'll apply clean against
-pre4 and -pre5 too, with some offset.)

2Alan: Why we have such a mess like dev and my_dev members in devc structure?
I see, that it causes troubles.
