Andrea Arcangeli's drivers/char/random.c patch needs to be ported to
2.0, btw. his patch added a signal_pending call to extract_entropy,
but there's no signal_pending, as far as i can find, in 2.0. i'd fix
this, but i no nothing about kernel signal handling. 8)
