I have got the driver directly from the author by email, I do not know if
there is an FTP location. From the readme:

Copyright (c) 1998 Corey Thomas (corey@world.std.com)

Corey was very helpful with my beginner's questions about wireless
networking and helped me install and set the region specific 802.11
parameters.
