Sure, but TOG don't change the license mode of R6.4?

X11R6.4 is now available under the traditional X Window Style Copyright
(http://www.x.org/x/xlicense.html)

We have restored the licensing terms and conditions for X11R6.4 , so that
it is freely available under the traditional X Window style copyright (for
any purpose, no fee).
