Your parallel port is now /dev/lp0, whereas on 2.0 it was /dev/lp1. That
could be the problem.
Also, you need to have something like
alias parport_lowlevel parport_pc
in your /etc/conf.modules.
If this doesn't work, try this patch:
<URL:ftp://ftp.torque.net/pub/parport/patch-2.2.0-parportpc>.
