2.2.x README missing info ?

which is a royal pain in the sysadmin's ass when knfsd won't compile
because it wants 2.1.x headers, and all you've got is 2.0.x in /usr/include

(that's the only thing debian's ever given me to seriously complain
about. Still better than my feeling towards other distribs...)
