continuous rm'ing in 2.2.2-pre4

I started 4 100mb bonnies trying to reproduce an oops, but since after a
while it appeared to go fine, I killed them. Then, when doing rm Bonnie*
it started rming and rming and rming as described in the list a few days
ago (although I think the report was about 2.2.2-pre2)
