For Mutt one does not want simply "nolock".
Mail will be lost.
The 2.0.36 behaviour was equivalent to "nolock". If you did not specify
"actimeo=0" to 2.0.36, mail was likely lost occasionally.
One wants "nolock,actimeo=0".
Or to run lockd on the server.
Definitely not just "nolock".
