Linux 2.2.2ac2 the "Gimme back my audio" release

I've put this one out so soon because the ac1 patch had a rather dumb sound
blaster bug that made all SB cards only support 8bit modes. Kind of
limiting....

If you have a problem in 2.2.2ac2 verify you can duplicate it with 2.2.2
before posting general bug reports if possible. Make sure it is obvious
if a bug report is about -ac2 to avoid any confusion.

Definitely let me know if you have any ac2 specific problems. Don't bother
Linus unless 2.2.2 unpatched also breaks.

This one like Linus won't build on Alpha. I'll try and rectify that for
ac3 or 4 .... or ..... whenever.
