Maybe apache would do some statics and finetune these settings.
It would give killer performance ;-) Or simply design something finetuner
daemon which do some statics and can estabilsh some connection for other
daemons too to "discuss" the right solution for kernel finetuning
in enevry seconds or so.

Is there any project which has got similar goal ?
