I have now forwarded this to the relevant persons. Let's hope I get
results. I have also asked him to look into the glibc-2.1 issues with it
and hopefully, they will sort it out for the next SO release.

My apologies for taking so long to respond to this one - I know I got this
message the 6th of April!
