2.3.3 compile problem with drivers/scsi/st.c

while compiling my modules for 2.3.3 I got an error about incompatible
types on line 3383 of st.c, that line was:
tpnt->waiting = NULL;

tpnt->waiting is now of type wait_queue_head_t, so I believe that line
should be:
init_waitqueue_head(&tpnt->waiting);

I didn't look into it much, but that seems correct to me after a quick look
at the line of code.
