Im sorry, pine have some problems with the permissions of attached
patch. Im sending as plaintext.
I find it very amusing that your "new gid permission" stuff sits right
under process capability checks... At best this patch may be showing
that the capabilities aren't done right, but even so it doesn't mean
that this gid hack is the solution.
