Well I can't answer this from Red Hat's point of view, as I don't know how
their costings work, but when I used t work in the games industry it was a
bit nastier than 50c
'extra cd'
- increased packing cost
- weighs more - smaller manual or more shipping (big issue)
- doubles the number of packages returned with faulty CD
- 50c to vendor, is $1 to distributor is $2 to customer
