lockd problem

I'm having trouble interoperating my linux glibc2.1 knfsd server
(RH6.0) with an nfs client that runs on NT.

Here is the symptom:

Jun 16 16:35:50 nbeckerpc mountd[559]: authenticated unmount request from rpppc2.hns.com:720

Anyone have a clue how to fix this?
