It's the only time when it's happened. BTW, the machine is still
running and had no problems at all since then.

I don't think it's faulty memory; the machine is running for about
one year without trouble (it's used as a PostgreSQL server and runs
database-related applications for about 16 hours per day, average load is
about 2). BTW, it's rebooted only for kernel updates.
