[patch] IPv6 linux site is 404.

Apparently the IPv6 linux site mentioned in Documentation/Configure.help is
wrong or outdated. Below is a unified diff against 2.2.10 that removes the
aforementioned part. If someone knows what became of that site, feel free to
correct me :)
