A NCR53C8XX patch for 2.2.11

Hi, Gerard,

Someone removed this entry from Linux 2.2.11. As the result, the
on-board NCR 875 SCSI controller on Intel Nightshade MB is no longer
detected anymore due to it. This patch seems to work for me.
