As far as I could tell, FREE_WRITE means free the skb after it (or its
clones/copies?) have been written out to an interface, FREE_READ means
free the skb after it (or its clones/copies?) have been read by
upper-layer protocols.

I'm sure someone will set me straight if I am not quite understanding
this...
