I have been aware that ACLs and capability bits are available in the 2.2.x
tree, but there is _no_ documentation on any of those new features,
although I do seem to recall a mention of it in the wonderful world of
linux 2.2....

Anyone care to point a few lost souls to some docs / tools to use ACLs and
capability bits?
